betstatz Simulator

The betstatz simulator lets you run match simulations based on historic football data.
What's more, betstatz lets you control the factors that you think matter.

Once you have chosen the info that you think counts, hit the play button and let betstatz do the rest!

First choose a country by clicking on a flag
Then click on the Select Competition button and choose a competition
Select the home and away team for your match using the buttons
Choose the number of previous matches in the teams' recent form to get information from
Select the type of match to get information from and the weighting of those matches. Click on Form Type and Recent Form Priority for more information
This is where YOU get to influence the prediction. Each slider can be adjusted to how you think the game will unfold, which in turn will influence the outcome of your predictions. Click on each slider bar title for more information

Recent Form Priority

Think that recent form matters more?

The recent form priority variable lets you decide if priority should be given to more recent matches in the form history or not.

Switch recent form priority on if you think recent results matter more than older ones.

	Home Team Motivation Decide how much motivation bias to give to the home team. Think the home team has low morale? Is a key player missing from the team? Unbeatable at home? Then set the home team motivation bias to high in your simulation.	Home Stadium Bias Decide how much bias to give to the team playing at home. Will the home crowd act as 12th man? Think the referee will give the home team the advantage? The home stadium bias variable lets you decide how much bias to give the home team in your simulation.	Recent Match Difficulty Bias Decide whether to give a boost to the team with the most difficult matches in their recent form. Has one team had an easy run of matches? Has the other team had a tough run of games? Then factor that in by sliding the Recent Match Difficulty Bias bar on the simulator to high.	Match Tempo Decide how high to increase the tempo of the match. Will the game be a hard-fought midfield battle or free-flowing display of flair? Possession football or counter-attacks? If you think the game will be high scoring then increase this variable to high.	Away Team Motivation Decide how much motivation bias to give to the away team. Think the away team has high morale? Or is a key player missing from the team? How desperately do they need the points? The away team motivation variable lets you control how much bias to give the away team in your simulation.
